MuckRock user Robin Monks brings us another 2.7M records, bringing the grand total to 19,996,860. The new records originate from Mukilteo, WA, a city of roughly 20,000 in Snohomish County, between Edmonds and Everett, approximately 25 miles north of Seattle.
