This report identifies operator accounts that may be shared by multiple users based on unusual activity patterns.

Accounts flagged here are active across 16+ distinct hours of the day. Coverage is how many of the day's 24 hours an account's searches span once the volume in each hour is taken into account. Coverage near 24 means the account is used round the clock, which is inconsistent with a single individual working a shift and may indicate account sharing or automated usage.
